I am a regular customer here I come here every two days for my nursing job I have which I cannot be late for. I just wanted a... coffee and a strawberry frappe-chino and they told me I needed to wait 7 mins for them to brew more coffee because they hadabsolutely no more. They also had no more strawberry sauce. I feel like EVERYTIME I come here they end up not having something.I WILL NOT be coming here anymore. On my way to the airport stopped by to use the washroom and get a snack. Classic combo Spinach Feta wrap with a Sport Milk 2 Go.... Very friendly staff. Sam was really nice. Good job to the Store Manager Montana for running this location. Read more
Good coffee and the feta spinach wrap is super tasty. But the staff made the mistake of unfortunately cooking the Siracha sauce... packet into the wrap! ???????????? It would be perfect if not for that mistake. 4/5 stars. Read more
Very friendly and helpful, will visit again if I had chance
I go to this branch often as it is 5 minutes from my house. Staff is friendly and welcoming 9 out of 10 times. Orders are... usually fast, especially if there is no rush and no new employees being trained. However, we have been given drinks with normalmilk multiple times despite paying for soy or almond milk. If you cannot ingest lactose, make sure to watch them make your drinkand call out when they use lactose milk. Be careful. Read more
I've received better than average customer service at many Starbucks locations, but I was compelled to write a 5 star review... today because of an above and beyond touch. I came in to this location due to its proximity to the airport. I needed to workwhile I waited for a flight to arrive. As is usual, everyone is friendly and the place is as clean as they can manage. I orderedmy English Breakfast tea latte, the young lady who helped was patient and helped me check all the cards on the app that had zerobalance because for some reason the balances don't show on all of them. As I was working away, my tea got cold before I couldfinish it, so another young lady (the one who had made my tea) not only offered to make me a small little cup (just the perfectamount), but also remembered that I wanted cinnamon powder and added that. This little touch absolutely made my day!! It's thosesmall thoughtful gestures that make customer service. It might seem like a silly thing but I'm beyond happy and now have a newfave spot in Montreal. Read more
My favourite starbucks to go to! The staff is always so so friendly and I can't think of a single time they've made an error on... my drink. I went to another Starbucks once, they made a mistake with my drink and didn't add sweetener, I stopped at this one onmy way home and they offered to make me a whole new drink without a second thought. Honestly couldn't give them better reviewsand the drive through line moves the fastest of almost any other starbucks I've seen. Read more
