Stood in line for 15 minutes and it didn't move. The staff looks completely bored a d half asleep, making no effort at all to... speed things up. Easily the worst Tim Horton's outlet in Canada. Read more
Arrived early morning at YUL and it was only opened at the terminal around 5 AM. Hot coffee & tasty croissant. Thank you.
Over one hour of wait time, with most people abandoning the line. Staff seem dazed and confused, not taking customer orders... swiftly, seem to be doing other things unrelated to customer service. Someone who seemed to have been the manager was presentbut didn?t step in to help staff. Read more
The slowest line I?ve ever been in with zero urgency from the staff to move things along. I waited 1 hour to get my order in.... There was 1 cashier who was also making drinks + handing out baked goods. Whoever is in charge of staffing and logistics needsto seriously analyze their practices. Read more
The worst TIm Hortons in terms of service, we waited 15 min to get served (Only 1 person before us in the lineup) and we end up... having bagels cold and not grilled. They forgot an item. Half of the usual menu is not available. Read more
