Recently renovated, very hard working Employees, food test is good... But they don't have regular working hours , Saturday... evening around 7 the place was closed even though on maps they are supposed to be open. Tim Hortons company should look intothis kind of bad service. Read more
Dont know what happened to this place. No Doughnuts on a Tuesday afternoon. I was told their delivery was coming in the... following morning. This Tims has gotten worse and worse over time. Quality has dropped off, but worst of all is that the speed is horrendous.... During rush hour your easily spending 15-25 minutes in the drive through which is unacceptable. I went inside to see what takesso long to notice that not only are they understaffed, but that the current staff is constantly on their cell phones, talkingetc... There was once where I went inside, was about to order and 1 of the employees who was about to go on break was able toplace an order before me... a waiting customer, during rush hour... After the order was placed the cashier took a phone callright in front of me. Absolutely unacceptable service. Save your time and money and go to a McDonalds. Read more

I wish Tim Horton had a recognition program because I had the opportunity to be served by Mr. Nick and Ms. Molly last week and... let me tell you, these two were so kind and professional.
