Great location for a fast food joint. I'm glad it's there as an option for people who can't or won't spend the money inside the... park. We stopped to fill up before going into the park so that when we did get food, we wouldn't eat as much. The service wasfast. Food was good too. The restaurant was clean, staff were kind. You have to order with the automated cashier bot(I have noidea what those are called )but it was easy to use and took all forms of payment. Read more
Just stopped at this location to grab a late dinner. The self serve kiosk apparently isn't working, but there's no sign to... inform people. Employees rude and ignoring customers. There was a woman who needed help ordering because her English wasn't thatgreat. There was practically no help. The dinning area didn't have medium sized lids, took forever for someone to restock them.I went to the counter to get four lids and all the employees paid me no mind. Before we left there were three employees and onewoman that wasn't working hanging outside. There was also missing soda selections. Read more
Worst restauarnt experience ive ever had. Ordered online so my food would be ready faster. Walked there from the hotel right... next to it. They gave my order to someone else and then i had to wait for them to redo mine. Four people in front, with signson the registers saying to order from the kiosks only, and they were all standing around chatting. Two even complained about aprevious customer who said she ordered an 8 and 12 even though the drive through employee knew she ordered two 12s, and thatthey should have charged her for all three. I?m sure if y?all were working and not yapping you might have heard her right. Maybeyou wouldn?t have given my order to the wrong person either. I also ordered shakes, but they were out. I asked how to get arefund and was told dismissively that I?d have to do it online. I asked for two ranch dips when i finally got my order; one hadgone bad and was leaking. My 8-yr-old son?s cheeseburger barely had any ketchup on it and he said ?they?re not the king ofburgers, they barely knew how to do mine.? Theres not much right food outside of kings dominion, but this isn?t better thanskipping a meal, buying food inside the park, or going a bit further south where theres a lot more options. Kiosk order specifically says you can order certain burgers all day. So that?s what my family and I did because Burger King... isn?t a favorite for breakfast. After placing our order on the kiosk an employee yelled at us that they were not servingbreakfast at this moment. So we asked for a refund, which they refused because their manager was out. It would have been finehad the one employee not given us an attitude. Another employee is currently trying to get someone to our sandwiches and Godbless her. Kiosk order station says "Burgers for Breakfast" so me and my family ordered burgers for breakfast. A very rude employee... precedes to yell that breakfast is served until 10:30am. When we requested a refund for our order she responded that the managerhad just left. Save your time and patience and go to a different one. This situation would have gone over a lot smoother hadthe employee used an appropriate tone towards us. Instead, she was rude and yelled at the kids. Read more
Waited in the drive thru behind 3 cars for about 10 minutes- finally made it to the speaker & was told ?We are no longer taking... drive thru orders, you?ll have to come in.? So we left & got coffee at the gas station across the street.. Read more
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Drinks are nasty. Lobby was nasty no clean tables or floors. Bathroom is a mess. Food was... sloppy. The water from fountain drink machine was yellow. Drinks only had 2 options and they were both flat. Someone callcorporate to straighten this Burger King out!!! Read more
Shocked to see a bathroom so disgusting at a major stop off Interstate 95 across from King Dominion theme park. The restaurant... ran out of toilet paper. It is shameful, because the employee's are working and preparing food in a restaurant that does havetoilet paper. Read more
