Although this location is inside Kings Dominion, they could be a little better trained in the Starbucks way. I asked for a hot... white chocolate mocha and got it cold. Maybe it was because it was the start of the day. Also, I ordered a triple shot and butgot a double. Oh well...better luck next time. Read more

I manage a coffee shop in a tourist environment so I know the everyday struggles between staffing problems and being extremely... busy but this place is the worst of the worst. I visited over 5 times during our weekend trip to kings dominion. Ordered thesame thing everytime and got a different price everytime. When I brought this up, no explanation. The staff only has one speed,veryyyyy slow. They opened late everyday, and not just a few minutes late, 45+ mins late somedays. If any of my employees workedas slow as these employees, they wouldn't last long on my staff. Starbucks should definitely look into this location,acknowledge the many faults and try to resolve the problems. Read more
