Absolutely atrocious! When we first walked in my BF heard them make a snide comment about my 7 yr old son. When we went to go... sit at outlet table the floor was so sticky my shoe came off while walking. The front counter was absolutely disgusting with oldfood crumbs and soda rings. There was a staff member doing over the phone tarot readings in the dining area. I've eaten at somepretty rough places because the food was amazing but all we could say was thank god it's edible. The experience was so bad I'llactually accept being called a Karen just to call corporate. I wouldn't recommend this Burger King to my worst enemy. Read more
I typically send my husband through the drive thru for the kiddos. On the couple of runs I have made , I may have had one... experience that was a little off putting. But for the most part fast and efficient. Would patronize again in the future. Read more
My wife and I waited in an extremely long and slow line, to order two sandwiches and french toast for my kids. Long story short.... The bacon was so burned that my daughter could not chew it and it jabbed her mouth and my sons food was deffinetly made a whilebefore we got there. They updated and upgraded but service and quality has dropped severely. Read more
Was third in drive thur line, took 22 minutes to get one sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. When I did get it it was wrong,... missing cheese. There was a older black lady with blue eyes at window that never got off the phone. Was very rude. Read more

I just ordered 2 meals with ham, egg, cheese, bacon croissant, 2 coffees/4 sugars and 4 creams for each coffee, 2 orange juices... and French toast. I got instead 1 coffee and asked them to give the 2nd. coffe and she said I couldn't get a second coffee on 2for 4 dollars and I said I didn't order 2 for 4, I ordered 2 meals. I didn't even know about this special. Even so, I ordered a2 coffees I should get 2 coffees no matter what! She seemed bothered by me asking for the second coffee. Then I asked for sugarand cream and same attitude from her. A young man was trying everything he could to help. I thank him, and I said have a goodday. When I got home I got biscuits instead of croissant with no cheese and no syrup for my French toast. They were not busy atall! Parking lot pretty much empty. No one in front of of me, 2 behind me waiting. Please check every order!!! Check and makesure you got everything you ordered!!! If you didn't get what you ordered, don't mind asking and don't mind if employees arebeing rude or showing an attitude for doing so! You are paying for this service and is your right! I cannot tell you how muchmoney and time I've lost because of poor service. Most of the times I can't go back to get my food since I drive a semi. I really was disappointed about my service at Burger King. I really was expecting a fast and friendly transaction, so I can... enjoy my food. Didn't quite go as planned. I walked in next in line, and my order was taken very quick. Problem was I didn'treceive it that way. I literally waited for 25 minutes for a simple order. The staff was in a meeting and the few employeesthat was responsible for service didn't seem to have a clue about fast food. I patiently waited, giving the situation a chanceto become hospitality, but when my food was finished. I ordered a whopper burger and two rodeo burgers (one a meal) and when he gave me my food there was only one rodeo burger so I... had to wait 5 minutes before he noticed me still at the window and he told me he forgot to put it in the bag. No biggie at allit was a friendly conversation but when I got back to my hotel I opened it up and there was absolutely no sauce of any kind oneither burger and oh my fries were thrown in the bag upside down.
