They had no ice and didn't mention to anyone before ordering. The lady at the register said she didn't know how to put in my... order and didn't ask anyone to show her how. My wife ordered a baked potato with butter only, and when I picked our food up wastold there was no butter and that they had been out. Me and my family (of three) ordered two number 8s and one number 2. Sides were Macaroni and cheese and french fries on the 8s.... Sides on 2 were supposed to be macaroni and cheese and coleslaw. What we got was NOT. What we ordered. They charged us for foodwe didn't get. Whole thing was roughly $35. (We received three number 3s but instead of crab cakes they gave us an extra pieceof fish and put the coleslaw in the container. The coleslaw was also "warm" according to my mother.) BUT WAIT!!!! Theres more!Haven't even got to the food quality yet. Butterly shrimp was chewy, cod/flounder fillets were chewy but some of the breadingalmost broke our teeth, we can't even describe the macaroni and cheese (it did not taste like anything I've personally ever had)and the french fries were soggy, chewy, DAMP, and overall not french fries. The best part of these meals were the cocktailsauce. (Which the girl gave us A LOT OF) Also the food was extremely greasy which has given us terrible side effects the nextday. Unless you want food that homeless people would question, I don't recommend this place. You'd be rather off going toEufaula to the Long John Silvers up there. Lady that waited on us not friendly at all. Then while waiting for food I looked up and all three employees were texting,... including the cook. The tables were dirty the health score was a 91. Not to good !! Will not be eating there again!! I'm tiredof walking into a businesses and seeing employees on their phones!!! Read more
Tbh the meal was kinda ok However this the 2nt time we order a spicy meal and it was not spicy. The customer service is not all... that. They heave some employees that are really friendly and have excellent customer service while there is some who totallydeserve a 1 star. Read more

The team working the night of January 18th was wonderful. I had a doordash issue and they went above and beyond to fix the... issue. I had already had a bad day so it meant a lot that the manager on duty and staff were so kind. I hope the districtmanager and staff see this and know how much it was appreciated. Read more
My boyfriend and I came in for lunch and was very pleased with the service the crew members provided. They were very helpful and... friendly. We wanted to split the check between the both of us and the cashier wasn?t sure how to do it but with no problem shecalled on her manager and they were able to take care of it.
