we just left checkers. Not at all happy with the customer service on June 26th at 11:20 am. My husband knocked on the window... because we had everything but the fries and wanted to as about them. 2 women opened the window and said that he didn?t have toknock. Whoever the chick that was working the drive though at 2pm on June 19th should probably be removed from her customer service... position because she was nothing but a bundle of rudeness from the get go. Clearly wasn?t paying attention to what we wereordering and had an attitude when asking for the 3rd time if we wanted a meal or just the box when we already told her twice thebox. Then wants to get upset with the customer because she has a failure to understand words coming out of their mouths. The burgers was cold not even lu warm. I to the cashier that they was cold her explanation was that it had cold pickles and... tomatoes. That what was on the top. I was touching the bottom of the burgers. Meat didnt look fresh. As if it was reheated.She called a manager over she agreed for the burgers to be made fresh there was a big difference Read more

Life lesson #1247. If there are dozens of flies at the order window and around the tables, then there will likely be flies... inside your hamburger!! We had to eat in the car because there were so many flies. I ate my first burger and upon inspectingmy second one, there was a live fly chowing down on the tomato inside the burger!!!! I have no idea how they could assemble theburger and not see that. I have pictures. Needless to say I lost my appetite, returned the hamburger to the window attendant,and left. The other problem is the first burger was barely warm. Can't beat the price though, if you can stomach the flies. Read more
