I am a Chipotle fan, and today was my first visit to this one. Awful. The staff was too busy socializing to wait on us. We came... in between 1:30 - 2, and there was hardly any of the items I had become accustomed to at other Chipotle restaurants. The onepan with fajita veggies was almost empty and the girl who waited on us tried to skip over it. I asked for them and she gave mea "tablespoon" if that. I had to ask for lettuce for my veggie bowl and everything put on top of it was just thrown on top or"slopped" on top. No manners, any of them. I had to go back and ask for salt and pepper. They made a play of searching all overfor some and finally brought out two small plastic cups with sea salt in one and pepper in the other. What?? Just sooodisappointed in this place. Read more
We like eating at this chain as such, but this place gave too little portion sizes for each topping. Even after adding all the... ingredients, the bowl was only half full. And they ran out of mixed peppers by mid day! Read more

A total dump! We walked inside to find EVERY table with used trays, food bits and sauce bottles along with old food and used... plastic forks on the floor. And this restaurant is brand new. We walked out before we ordered anything. First and lastexperience with Chipotle in Dothan. Read more
I love chipotle but this location has messed up or missed my specifications too many times. I cant even hold my food without a... mess because they made me a bowl.. I never order the bowl. BTW your website and app keep flipping ba j to chipotlane when I askfor inside pick up. Read more
If this was a review on just food then the food gets a 5. However service was pathetic. Had to ask to have a table cleaned off... so we could sit yet there was no one even sitting, all tables were just dirty for who knows how long. Garbage was overflowing onboth inside bins and the outside bin. I mean inside was completely disgusting. This will probably just be a place I go thru thedrive thru, but unsure about that after seeing what inside looks like. Read more
1st-I love Chipotle. This is the only location I have ever had a problem. Our first attempt we received chicken burritos that... were so drowned in salt that they were inedible. We could not eat any of our food. That was $30 wasted. So I contact customersupport and they apologized and provided a BOGO coupon. Yes, a BOGO for an inedible meal. Fine, like I said, me and my familylove Chipotle, so we give them a second chance. The second attempt we use the BOGO coupon and order a steak burrito and 3 steaktacos, all with chips, queso, and salsa to go. We get home and I open what is labeled ?steak tacos? only to find an EMPTYtortilla wrapped in foil. No meat. No cheese. No salsa. No guacamole. No sour cream. Just an empty rolled up tortilla. I am so glad we got a Chipotle in my area. So this is my first experience with the restaurant. I got a burrito bowl and it was... incredibly delicious. The staff walked me through the ordering process. They were very nice and helpful. I will definitely beback. Read more
