The staff was rude and when I was getting ready to order my food the guy who took my order seemed like he had a problem with me... asking questions about a couple of items on the menu. When I got home I noticed that they had forgotten to put two things in mybag and I tried to call to see about picking the forgotten items up later on but the phone line wasn't working. Read more
The chicken is fantastic. Always good quality. The last two times I've been through the drive-thru however they have gotten the... side orders wrong. Nothing more disappointing than getting home and finding out you didn't get what you paid for. I guess I'llbe checking these side orders before I leave the parking lot in the future. Read more
Churches is know for it's chicken and honey biscuits, but lately the food has been unsatisfactory!!! I ordered dinner for my Mom... and asked for the chicken to be hot, and the cashier was rude, unprofessional, and ghetto, but my mom insisted by the time Imade it 7minutes to my destination the food was cold,or should I say luke warm due to it sitting under the heating lamps!! People are rude, and racist towards whites, and lazy, and slow. Dining room is still closed since 2020! Just went thru drive... thru, and ordered 12 PC mixed, and got 12 PC dark, but was charged for mixed. Also cheated me out of a soda, I had to ask for. the young man running drive thru was fine, at least good to look at and was very neat and clean.they need to just close thislocation. They gave us our food except for the biscuits, and after having to wait a while for our food they made us drive back around to... order the biscuits again. They turned out the lights at 8:30. They also charged me a different price without telling me. Likethe food but the lady was over worked, I guess and RUDE! Read more
