We ordered pizza at about 8:30. At 9:15 we received a message that delivery is on its way along with drivers name. About 10:00... we call and speak with the manager and explain. His response is "the driver must have got lost she is from Ozark". Not surewhy that matters because GPS works everywhere. Also we live like 3 miles from the store and have been delivered several times. But I can honestly understand and deal with the fact the driver got lost for over an hour. What I can't understand and willkeep me from going back here at all was the manager. Who told me he was the store manager. This manager NEVER said they weresorry, all he said was he would refund the order if I wanted. I asked him since the order was out for delivery for over an hourcould they remake and deliver it fresh. His response was NO. He said he could not do that. I was not asking for anythingcrazy I only wanted the food fresh. His response was I could have the food when it was delivered and he would refund it. Whywould Dominoes not want there guest to have there food hot. Or at the very least say we will give you a credit to get a hotorder next time. Horrible horrible service....do not recommend at all. Read more

Order from here quite often and definitely one of two of my favorite pie joints. Always hot and delivered quick. Hats off to... the manager here, Brandy, as well. Had an issue that she promptly dealt with via phone best she could and not only was genuineand friendly but kept me updated. Read more
Waited 40 minutes for a thin pepperoni pizza. Which was not even warm but actually cold and hard. And $15.39 !!! We were really... hangry (hungry & angry) so picked at what was edible. But I do have to say the seasonings were good. Read more
New store, people still learning, love the location, store is nice and brightly lit, they are still setting up the drive thru... menus so there were none posted yet at the actual drive thru but I'm sure that will be done soon. We only had one issue and thatwas with one of the cheese dips but they gave us a credit for a free one on iur next visit. Food was good, service was nice butthey knew that cheese was burnt before I drove home with it so that was something they could have given me a heads up on orremade it instead of me driving all the way home to find a burnt pile of "cheese dip" that you couldn't even scrape out. Soshame on whoever did the so called quality chedk on that and boxed it up. We will see how they do in the future once they havemore time to get it running right. Read more
