I placed an online order. I was there 2 minutes after it was ready per the app. I had to repeat myself 3 times at the speaker... and was told "drive up". I wasn't able to immediately check my order as I was taking my Mother home who had just been releasedafter surgery and 3 says in the hospital. We arrived home, the donut holes order was wrong, I received assorted rather thanglazed, jelly, and chocolate and I didn't receive two of the doughnuts that I had paid for. When I called to have my cardcredited for the missing items, I was told I had to drive 40 minutes back to the store for her to do it. I would have spent morein gas. I just will not return. Read more
Bad experience here at this location..I placed a mobile order for two coffees, donuts, and wake-up wraps. They didn't have... anything in stock except for the coffee. The guy working the drive-thru was friendly and very apologetic but the refundprocedure for mobile ordering is nearly impossible so I was out $10... Read more
Every time I order an iced signature latte they never put whipped cream on it. The whipped cream costs extra and I?m always... disappointed in this store /: plus ?less ice? is never less ice. The coffee tastes good but you don?t really ever get what youorder here. Read more
I love the food at dunkin donuts- if/when they get my order right! Im addicted to the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich, and go... to dunkin donuts a lot(The northside AND southside one) but I almost NEVER get what I ask for, or if I do, it's not cooked allthe way!(came home yesterday and before i could eat, had to take it all apart and cook it...the bacon was nearly raw!) I dontknow what the problem is, but its a few dollars per sandwich, so it's too much for them to mess up EVERY TIME, or leave yoursandwich out completely... Im absolutely NOT EXAGGERATING at all... I literally have my order written down on a piece of paperand give it to the cashier to make it easier for them ring it up... AND I go inside to order, instead of the drive-thru, to doit face to face... Ive honestly never seen anything like it, but Ive heard the Dothan owners just dont care, and the managementis awful... if my experience is any reflection, that's very true! BUT...2 stars because the sandwiches (when they are cooked allthe way) are the best breakfast anywhere! Read more
