Finally went to this place today for the first time. Heard about it over the radio many times, and was determined to check if... out myself. The service was great and so friendly. I have ate here multiple times. In my lifetime I have ate at many restaurants that serve chicken. Dothan is blessed to have the... staff at this restaurant. They all are superb. Sharee gives you a greeting that makes u feel at home. She is there for u until Uleave. Dink is awesome. Eddie is awesome. They all are awesome. My last trip when I left I realized I didn't know where my phonewas. I turned around & went back & told the staff. They joined in the hunt. Moving the seats at the table I sat at. Calling myphone. Checking bathroom. Then the manager went to my car called my phone. I found it on the floor beside passenger seat. I had accidentally gotten a bag full of Gutherie?s sauce instead of the food (a single order of fries) I had ordered. I made it... all the way back to work until I noticed ???? I called to see if anyone else had called about their missing sauces & the sweetgirl on the phone gave my name & number to the manager. Long story short, Mr. Sam Klement gave me a call apologizing for the mixup & asking if I could please come to the store & he would make it right. He sure did!
