I have ate here multiple times. In my lifetime I have ate at many restaurants that serve chicken. Dothan is blessed to have the... staff at this restaurant. They all are superb. Sharee gives you a greeting that makes u feel at home. She is there for u until Uleave. Dink is awesome. Eddie is awesome. They all are awesome. My last trip when I left I realized I didn't know where my phonewas. I turned around & went back & told the staff. They joined in the hunt. Moving the seats at the table I sat at. Calling myphone. Checking bathroom. Then the manager went to my car called my phone. I found it on the floor beside passenger seat. I had accidentally gotten a bag full of Gutherie?s sauce instead of the food (a single order of fries) I had ordered. I made it... all the way back to work until I noticed ???? I called to see if anyone else had called about their missing sauces & the sweetgirl on the phone gave my name & number to the manager. Long story short, Mr. Sam Klement gave me a call apologizing for the mixup & asking if I could please come to the store & he would make it right. He sure did! Awesome place with awesome customer service! The owner was working the register himself and made sure to give each customer a... positive interaction. The entire restaurant is extremely clean and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious as always. This location just opened up on the west side of town so me and my wife decided to try it out. It is conveniently located inside... a shopping center. Parking lot is average in size, very tight though if the drive thru is backed up. The menu was very simple.They do mostly chicken. They have a snack plate, dinner plate, and a family dinner. They have a functional website with themenu conveniently located on it. It is simple and user friendly. The food was good. The chicken was not greasy. It was fresh,crispy and delicious. Fries were good. Coleslaw is good. To go plates are full and plentiful. Handicapped accessible parking andplenty of room inside for maneuverability. The inside was clean and well maintained. Public bathrooms. They took our to go orderinside and it was ready within 7 to 10 minutes. Hardly any wait whatsoever. Their drive thru is usually wrapped around thebuilding. However it moves along at a reasonable pace. Great place for chicken lovers. Highly recommended place to eat. Read more
