I hate to have to do this to a place I love. But lately they have been running out of bread and tonight they were out of white... bread. No explanation whatsoever. This was my worse experience In getting a sub I'm a firehouse customer and wanted to try something new and the customer service... was awful I went in around 1:30 Monday evening one girl walked out the door with her gloves on and came back wanted to serve meI told her didn't you just came from out side with them gloves on all of them gets a attitude except the gentleman that wasworking he corrected there attitude towards me and finish waited on me the sub was good I ask for no pepper but they was so busygetting attitude and forgot that handle the front end I was a food service manager for 28 years you might might make somethingout them I enjoyed my sub Read more
Not as good as I remembered. I had the mini Italian, it had al lot of ham on it and two little tiny round pieces of salami. I... was disappointed. Very friendly workers though. Too expensive for what I got!!! Read more
Food was good, but customer service was very poor. Employees were not very attentive to the customers, way to worried about... talking about their personal lives, instead of running a business. Read more

First time eating Jersey Mike's. I decided to walk up from my suite and give it a chance. So glad I did. The Big Kahuna Steak... was delicious. One of the best cheesesteaks I've eaten. The bread was soft and soaked up all the cheese and deliciousness fromthe meat. Every chance I get I will continue my patronage at these establishments. The one in Dothan made my decision. Fast,friendly, and got me a wonderful sandwich. Read more
