20 minutes to make a sub is not exceptabul!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this place it's terrible and slow
I had a bad experience with my food being made wrong this week . I submitted a comment card online and they were fast to follow... up , left me a voicemail and refunded my card apparently . The staff there is always very nice but my orders have just not beenaccurate . I appreciate the good customer service follow up though . Read more

Was gonna order a couple of subs but they wouldn't substitute hot ham for bacon like they do at every other Mikes location I... visit. Offered to pay extra!! Will gladly never visit a place that doesn't go out of the way to please a customer!! Wish I could give 0 stars! Read more

This new Jersey Mike's Subs location is amazing! They have great attitudes - greeting you when you walk in and talking to you... while you're there! The chef is amazing (I'm sorry that I forgot to get her name!) She is funny and kind and upbeat and proudto work there. The food was excellent - had the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Big Kahuna! She warned us we'd need plenty ofnapkins! She was not kidding! I highly recommend this place! Great job! Read more
