The exterior is dated and in need of updates. Food appearance is less than expected. Staff did not very friendly.

Pulled up to the drive thru and could barely hear through the speaker. We told the cashier we would move up to order at the... window. We have never seen such an unprofessional employee & manager!! They acted like they were having to go out of their wayto take our order at the window! We ordered two box meals and wanted a six piece wing also. We were told we have to come insideto order the 6 piece wings because we were holding up the line!! No food ready why bothering opening the door. Not enough employees to run the restaurant. Poor manager running around doing... everything and a employee In the dining area doing nothing. The drive thru line was so long with gas prices I just went info nofood to sale me because nothing was done. I like fresh but the point of fast food is for it to be fast. I hope they find moreemployee to help and I know this place is not the only place struggling to keep fast food fast. Lastly is the food is droppedwhen I order why isn't the pieces of chicken i want available so please stock up and train for team on peak hours like lunchtime is busiest or between 5-7p so plenty of food is dropped and can handle the demand. Horrible experience. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. I ordered extra crispy all thighs and they didn?t have all the pieces... . I asked for a breast in its place and they stated they?d have to charge extra. I don?t agree with this as it?s their faultthey aren?t prepared with food to serve customers. Cashier stated I could drive to other KFC. The chicken I did receive was oldand dry. Poor service and experience. Ill be contacting corporate the owner to report this bad service. Read more
The building is ancient. The bathroom could use a do over. Food was delicious.
