My sister and I were walking past the shop. Katie was decorating a big cookie but I guess she noticed us out of the corner of... her eye and she looked up and said hi. My sister was so impressed that she said that she wanted to buy a cookie just because(the worker before we knew her name) acknowledged us. I had to let Katie know why she made the sale. Ordered a cookie cake for my daughter?s birthday. I had seen one online and wanted to get it, however, it was not one of their... designs. I spoke to several employees and after discussing it with them, they let me know that they COULD do this design for mydaughter!! It turned out great and she was so happy with it! The only redeeming quality for this store is the quality of the cookies. Management is rude,and treats the workers terribly.... Especially behind closed doors. Personally don't recommend this place unless tour bringing your child to get some treats. Read more
My experience was good until I got home opened my bad of cookies and they were stale, I paid almost 10 bucks for 6 cookies that... I always get and today they were not fresh cookies!!! I would like a refund on these, I really don't know what happen on thisvisit. Read more
Exceptional service from this location on a special cookie for a promotion. The associate took our order over the phone and... allowed us to text her a pic of what we needed. She did an outstanding job on the design and it was a hit at our reception. Willdefinitely purchase from here again for all our party needs! Read more
