I love Newks but this location needs better management. The dining area is a complete mess. Half the tables needed to be bussed... and it wasn?t even busy, maybe 3 customers including myself. No sweet tea at either drink station. The condiment bar is acomplete mess with half of condiments completely empty. The staff are more worried about conversing rather than taking care ofthe customers. I get it to a certain point, but do it after everything is taken care of. Needs better management IMO. Read more
Apparently you cannot order a half premium salad as indicated on the menu. I was told by the on duty lead/manager that they only... do half soup or sandwiches, and only full salads in premium; therefore,cannot order a premium salad with the half pair. The food is amazing here. Pizzas are my favorite over other places in Dothan. Sandwich?s are pretty good salads are also... amazing. Worked here for a year and loved it as staff was friendly and nice This is Carson to the management. Read more

The Caesar dressing was disgusting. Not sure what it was, but it wasn?t Caesar. They have mr 2 containers, but they were... different colors? Pizza was not what I expected. The way they cut it tho. Totally butchered, More like a flat bread something.Maybe had it been great, there would be no complaint but it was not. Although they were wearing gloves, they would scratch faceand head, then go back to placing hands in food, so what?s the point. Not sanitary! Paid $30 then went next door toChick-Fil-a. I've only been here once so far. The place appeared nice and clean, and the staff was very nice! I got the "Grilled Steak... Sandwich" with "fresh fruit" for $8.99. The sandwich itself was pretty good! The cooked onions were amazing on the sandwich,the bread was very good, and the meat was good, but not 'medium rare' and indicated on the menu. The fruit was...fine, butdidn't seem all that 'fresh'. If the fruit had been a little fresher and the meat had actually been medium rare, I woulddefinitely be giving it a solid 5 STARS! This location has been great for years, but the last year or so, it has gone down hill in a big way. Maybe a bad manager or... something, but not really sure the reason. Always a dirty dining room and inattentive staff. I haven?t posted this review thelast few times thinking I just ?caught? them at a bad time. No, this level of disgusting has become normal. Read more
