It was at one time a decent takeout compared to other Panda locations... not anymore. Past couple times quality has gone... noticeably downhill.. Let me correct that analysis... it's terrible. This is the second time the rice was hard and the food was not hot nor did it have much flavor. I love Panda Express but... Dothan, AL needs better cooks and more employees so they are able to do their job correctly. When a business doesn't haveadequate amount of staff then something is going to go lacking. I ordered food from this Panda Express, I ordered Half walnut shrimp, half teriyaki chicken, with fried rice. They gave me... noodles instead of rice, when it says on my receipt RICE. Also they didn?t give me any teriyaki sauce for my chicken. Don?twaste your time, go to the Panda Express in Enterprise Al instead, it?s twice as good. My food was warm but my mom's food was cold- seems to be a reoccurring issue. We ordered 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals. I told... them I had 2 kids meal vouchers. As we're eating we look at the receipt and see we were charged for 1 kids meal. When we askedwhy, she said you can only use 1 voucher per order. No problem but why didn't she say so when we ordered, (we could have splitthe order) and why did she take BOTH vouchers? The situation was cleared up in the end but if you have vouchers make sure theyactually credit you for it. Read more

Obviously not authentic Chinese food but is good in a pinch. Orange chicken is getting more sour every time we try it. That new... honey walnut shrimp is awesome. Read more
