Ordered delivery. Part of the order was wrong and every one of the bagels was rock hard, stale and tasteless. I checked my... receipt and they had everything listed on the receipt correctly but still managed to get it wrong. First and last experiencewith them. I am giving Panera such a low rating mainly because of the price. The customer service wasn?t great, but it wasn?t terrible. The... price, however, was outrageous. My husband and I each did the ?pick 2? option. The price of the meals and two drinks was $43.That is absurd. The sandwiches were not big at all, but were $10 and $7 dollars alone. The small side salad that I picked wasnearly $5. We also weren?t given the baguette we were supposed to get. We had to go back to the counter to ask for it. We werejust very disappointed with the amount and quality of food for that much money. I use to love Panera, but after that experiencewe both said never again. Read more
If I could give this restaurant 100 Stars I would. They have the best boss manager ever. He runs that crew like they matter... which I don't see very often anymore. The food is always perfect the drinks are always great and the people that work there areamazing. And the coffee what can I say it's always good! Read more

if i could rate this place a 0 i would. i found a roach in my soup, we took it up there and the workers were too busy laughing... at us to figure out that they charged my boyfriend twice for $25. im never eating here again and i hope no one else eats hereeither. Read more
