Absolutely horrible service. Wanted to have an attitude, talk over me, and when I repeated the sauce I wanted I got up and paid... and on receipt it says NO SAUCE. Pulled right to the bumper of the car in front of me where they?re already pulled up and comesout yelling at us ?PULL UP PULL UP? So I?m gonna take my dry as f half baked chicken home with me and eat it after gettingyelled at with a messed up order? No, it?s not my fault your dyed red hair self didn?t go to college, franchise owner should beashamed of the people hired. Get better staff, what a joke. I? wouldn?t let my enemy eat at this restaurant! Walked in and right at the door was a soda that had spilled on the floor. It... wasn?t rush hour or a busy time, and there was no urgency to mop it up. The self serve beverage station was out of order andlooked like it hadn?t worked in ages. They took my order but didn?t offer any condiments and absolutely none were available forself service. I? ordered a #1 which is a chicken sandwich. When I? got it the bottom bun was rock hard. I? took it backimmediately and asked for a softer bun thinking they would just remake it, but no they took that same filet and put it in a newbun. There went almost 12 dollars down the drain. Would not recommend at all. Go to south side Popeyes across from Patricialanes, probably the same owner but at least the service has been good before in the past. Read more
Came in today really didn't have many workers but Mr.Wylee and Mrs.Tiffany was running all over the place and I have to commend... them for that,food came out on time and fresh as usual,but to see that its people that actually work is always amazing! Thankyou guys!! Read more
Food was served quick and fresh. Good parking and Handicapped accessible. Parking lot is big and kept clean. Several access... points and exits. Food is reasonably priced. They have a website and daily specials. The line moved quick, the employee thathelped us was short, uninformative, and made us feel rushed. Other than that it was a good place to stop for a bite. They havechicken sandwiches, nuggets, strips, and lots of sides to choose from. Read more
They literally have a sign on their drive through speaker that said they open at 10:00 AM. We pulled up to order at 10:13. Lady... came over the speaker and said they didn?t open til 11:00. I replied back with ?Your sign says 10.? And her response was ?Ourcook hasn?t made it to work yet.? Ridiculous. Read more
The worst Popeyes in Dothan. Employees always have an attitude and they barely ever give you fresh food. How is my food at 4:30... not fresh at all but y'all want to go up on the price for horrible quality food. They need a new crew. Not happy with the food ordered. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and there?s barely any sauce on it and one slide of pickle?... just 1. The fries are about 20 individual pieces? ridiculous. Definitely never stopping here again. Read more
I was asked to pull forward for a routine 3 piece combo. The staff was not friendly at all and did not offer or bring the... condiments I asked for after a 10 minute wait. So much for fast food! I will never go back to this location. Read more
