Good experience from customer service to the food????NO complaints! I will be revisiting.
Food has always been good here and the Margaritas too with great prices. Unfortunately, I will not spend another dime of my hard... earned money at this establishment. Arrived before 5pm for a group gathering that usually consists of 5 or 6 but tonight weneeded seating for 8. We were told none of us could be seated until everyone arrived. We then asked if we could have a tablefor 2 until everyone else arrived and we were promptly told no. Now mind you, when it was 6 of us we didn't have to wait forthe others to arrive and we were seated to enjoy chips, salsa and beverages. Not tonight. The 2 of us that arrived early getoff work about 30 minutes before the others joining us and all we wanted was to wait with chips, salsa and a Margarita. Despitegood food, drinks and atmosphere the customer service is lacking. I won't spend my money at a business that has ZERO customerservice. Ok, need to update my review since I spoke with the party that remained after I left. It ended up being 12 guests buthalf were there waiting. They did ask to be seated since half were there and they were told no again. They did finally gettaken to a private room that apparently had an odor and the server didn't even bother turning on all the lights. The manager orassistant manager disappeared and did not show his face again. The server told one of the guests that he hoped the next time shecame in to eat she was not as rude as she was this evening. All she did was ask to be seated when half the party had arrived. After that comment the entire party left and went to Hacienda Azul where they were greeted, PROMPTLY seated and had a lovelydining experience. Please keep in mind that although I will never step foot into this location, I will still continue to dineat the other locations. From all the others that I have spoken to that stayed until the night got worse, they will not be goinghere again either. Read more
Fast service and food is really good. The tacos carne asana are the best.
Ate there this afternoon and the food was not good. I did not like any of the food - at all. We ordered a fried ice cream and... had to spit out the cornflakes that were inside because they were unchewable. The base of the fried ice cream, which you shouldbe able to break off and eat was hard to even tear and it was chewy. The service was great. Read more
I come here several times a month.The second thing I got to say is the atmosphere and staff are very relaxing and polite. Food... is good! I've tried almost everything on the menu. It's all about the same thing just dressed up a little different. If you'rewanting a good cold beer go with a draft beer or the michelada! Huge and cold! Sometimes the Margaritas are too strong..mygirlfriend loves the daiquiris though! Nice place to get good food at a reasonable price! So I gave them five stars! Read more
The quesadillas were awesome! They have an army of staff to help make a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!
My family and I decided to stop and try this place. When we arrived we were immediately seated and it went down hill from there.... They dropped chips off and never came back. My husband had to go find someone to take our order after 10 minutes. Once weordered our food came out in less than 10 minutes and I'm not sure if that was a good thing. My son ordered the hot dog and itwas cold and pink which we returned for a taco. The combination My daughter ordered was incorrect and the street tacos I orderedwere cold. I would not recommend this place at all and I won't be back. Read more
Always consistent, good food and drinks. This place is always busy, but that should be a good thing. It is quite loud, deafening... at times. Who doesn?t love Tacos ????? Read more
