I came here and ordered a shaken expresso with almond milk since I have an oat allergy. When I saw the barista Robin look at my... order I saw her physically roll her eyes and scoff, she then proceeded to comment to her coworkers about how she hates makingthis specific drink because it?s super annoying and time consuming. I didn?t say anything but then I saw her put oat milk in mycup, I corrected her at the pickup station to which she threw the drink in the sink and grunted in frustration. She remade itand set it down rather aggressively. I genuinely feared for my own safety for a little bit. If you have any allergies Irecommend you not let Robin make your drink. Read more

Wow, i thought the employee was a parrot. She repeated over and over again same thing, eventually causing the customer to give... up. I asked her to cancel it right away and pay with my card because I paid with my star due to an employee's mistake, but shesaid she couldn't cancel it five times until the end, so I just brought a drink. I asked if I can't cancel it even though it'syour employee's mistake. Her answer was very emphatically no. It wasn't my mistake, but I couldn't speak any more because shewas talking like I was wrong. I think she ignored me because I am Asian and I am not good at English. I feel so bad. Read more
