We was here for a total of hour and half. Waited for food for forty minutes. Once received my plate was medium warm. My wife... ordered a appetizer plate and the pickles was burnt to crispy no juice left in them and the potatoes skins was old. The rollswas not brown on top and we had to wait a while for them as well. We wanted rolls to go with our chilli however by the time wegot our food forty minutes later we had eaten the first batch asked for more and they had none ready then we finally got themonce we was through eating twenty minutes later. The server was ok but not on her game. Also to note the place was only halffull. Read more

11/8/2022 My salad and mashed potatoes were good however the 20oz on the bone ribeye I ordered medium rare came out still purple... raw (cool center). Our waitress was awesome so after trying to find any part that was actually immediately edible I gave upfiguring there was no way they'd throw it back up on the grill after I had somewhat mangled it. On the bright side I took ithome and threw it up on my own grill and it came out great ???? this is a steakhouse that you pay top dollar at they should atleast know their temps Read more

If you want to ask for almost everything this is your place. The server was pleasant at first. But we had our salads before we... had rolls or silverware that we had to ask for. Fried pickles took 20 minutes to get. Took over 45 minutes for our meal that wehad to ask about. We told the waitress we needed to go boxes before the meals arrived because it was taking so long. We told thewaitress that we literally had to ask for silverware to eat our salads. The waitress told us that silverware was not herresponsibility. We did ask to speak with a manager. The manager said they had been having an issue with silverware all nightand she didn’t have an excuse for why the food took so long. No offer to fix anything. Rolls were great though. Read more

It was the most uncomfortable Texas Roadhouse experience we’ve had. We were frequent visitors to one before we moved to... Alabama. While we did get there at 11:15 today we waited a good 30min for rolls, which was disappointing but I guess that’swhat we get for being early. My son’s mini cheese burger and fries some how came with bacon on the fries. The waitress triedto take his plate back and insisted on remaking, I declined because we had plenty of fries on the table and didn’t want towait for a simple thing like fries. I ordered a Salmon Cesar Salad. I’m a huge fan of the Salmon, however the Cesar saladwas more like Cesar soup. It was VERY heavily dressed. Our waitress was great about it and insisted the kitchen remake it, Ideclined and was happy just to eat the salmon, I didn’t want to wait for a new salad and didn’t want the kitchen staff toget mad. She did end up removing the salad from our ticket. The waitress while not to blame for the kitchen’s lack ofpreparation, putting bacon on things and overdressing a salad was just overly insisting on remaking our food. Like it was a miniargument with my salad. I just wanted her to take the plate away. I had already taken the salmon off and put it on a smallplate. I don’t like having to have food remade. There just wasn’t any reason for her to insist multiple times after sayingno. Read more

Texas Roadhouse is delivers a great experience, delicious food, and friendly hosts. When our daughter won the crown in her first... pageant we told her to pick any place she wanted to go and get something to eat it was her first choice. The rattle snake bitesas a appetizer and fat juicy steak after sure do hit the spot just right. It was a great way to end a memorable evening. Read more

Good hot food. Our server was the best. When in town and want a good steak cooked right ask for deshun. Hope I spelled his... name right. Only thing (but it was fixed asap) was the potato skins. Very oily. But fixed so no worries. Good drinks also. Read more

So I don’t live in Dothan, I travel all the way from Tennessee and we eat here every time I come but NO MORE!! I had to send... my steak back twice and when I cut it up it looked like the pic. I can’t eat pink at all, I mean at all!! Our waitress Ashleynever hardly came to our table and we had to get this amazing waitress Mindy to help us, which that is who we tipped!! Thecactus blossom was burned and our server didn’t even take it back cause she was hardly at our table, Mindy helped us with thattoo. The shrimp that came after my child’s plate was so nasty it couldn’t be ate. We was going to speak to the manager buther attitude was so bad to the table next to us we didn’t even bother. I won’t be back and if you live in Dothan I feel badfor you!! Read more

Food is not that great. The corn I'm pretty sure was straight out of a can. The bacon on the potato was hard. They sell 97 cent... Kraft Mac and cheese on the kid's menu for $4.50 and I'm talking about the powdered kind not the good stuff. The blooming onionstill had the outer peeling on it so it was stiff and the middle was under cooked. The only half way decent thing was the rollswith cinnamon butter, but even they were over done so the outside especially around the edges was hard. Hubs said the steak wasgood though. Read more
