The Cellar is an amazing place. Whether dinning in or getting steaks to cook at the house, the Cellar is the place to go.... Quality steaks and pork chops, delicious dining options, great bourbon and beer options, and fast and professional friendlyservice. Hoping for better but, my expectations are curtailed due to what is actually going on. Service was good and friendly. Food... served now is inferior to what it had been. All facets of food service industry is not what it had been. $10 to unscrew a bottleof wine. Crab cakes tasted pretty good but, heavy lemon and a bit mushy. Steak tasted good and cooked properly but, the knifewas dull or, it was the gristle. About, what i expected. Even the price. I never tell anyone what to do or, say. Only way toknow is to try it out. Wife and i had a good evening regardless. I promise you we did not experience the horror reviews posted.Nothing close. ????????????? Read more

Service was great, salads were great, tea was great...and that's where it ended. No bread before or with the meal. Crab cakes... were mushy and not one lump of crab meat like advertised on the menu and the grouper was flavorless. Won't be back. Read more

Service and drinks were spectacular. So was the Caesar Salad. The restaurant was so dark that I couldn?t see my steak. Also the... cut of my NY Strip was subpar, although properly cooked. I was disappointed. Read more

This is the best steak in Dothan! I love treating myself and my family to their exceptional food, and service, it never... disappoints. Oh, and my steaks last Thanksgiving came from their butcher shop! Read more

Very good experience. Great steaks. I had the Angus ribeye and my wife had the Angus filet. The filet at medium rare, did not... need a knife and was perfectly seasoned. The twice baked potatoes were amazing and I loved the Brussels sprouts. They seemedboiled rather than roasted, or parboiled and roasted, but we're still very good if a little wet. The jalepeno margarita wasquite good as well. It is pricy, as is any steak place that bills at 'market price', but well worth it. Read more

Very nice restaurant. The staff were friendly and our waitress took really good care of us. The black cherry old fashioned was... fantastic- I really liked the added smoky taste. The rosemary martini was pretty good, with a very subtle taste of rosemary toit. It could have had a stronger rosemary component to it in my opinion. I had the wagyu filet with twice baked potatoes androasted brussel sprouts. The filet was good, and it may have been my mistake ordering it medium well. I felt that it would havebeen better had I ordered it medium instead. The wagyu was very tender and it tasted like it had a barbecue butter on it, whichwas tasty but it did have some cumin in it, which I despise. The brussel sprouts seemed a bit more sautéed than roasted, butthe flavor was good. I had pot de creme for dessert. It had an amazing cocoa flavor and was delicious, but I would havepreferred it to be the filling in a French silk pie instead of a stand-alone item. The price was high, maybe a bit too high inmy opinion, but overall, it was good experience. Read more

We got here and had maybe a 30 to 45 minute wait which isn't bad for a Saturday evening. The atmosphere is welcoming and... friendly. We sat at the bar which the service was amazing. The bartenders were extremely friendly and helpful. They werealways checking to make sure that we didn't need anything. The food was pretty good, we had the beef carpaccio and ribeyes forus both. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the dessert was pretty good. The drinks were really good and it was nice to havean old fashioned made correctly. Definitely would go back. The prices were not to bad either . Read more
