Had to ask for my first cup of coffee 3 times. The waitresses were complaining about how little customers tip. Another waitress... brought our food and I asked for butter and my coffee. She went to get it and our waitress told her "no that's my table ". Wewent to this same WH a while back and were told it was shift change and it would be 30 minutes before could take our order. Wework at the hospital across the street and left. We won't go to this particular WH anymore. Read more
I called the waffle house on west main/84 twice on the way here to order a to-go order. They didn't answer, the voice-mail said... "due to focusing on store dine-in customers, we are unable to pick up the phone". I get here, there is one customer in here, andthey tell us they are only doing to-go orders. I said yes, which is fine, but if someone could have picked up the phone when Icalled 10 minutes ago the food would have been done when we got here being that we can't sit and eat anyway.???? Excellent service. They aimed to please. My odd request of hot lemon water was handled with such care. My husband ordered a BLT... without the B or L it was actually sauage and tomato with mayo. The cook was so accomodating and friendly. Very pleasant youngman. An unexpected trip to the hospital left us hungry in wee hours of the morning. Waffle house was a welcoming view. Read more
This was my son's first trip to waffle house, he is almost 2! We always pick this location because other than sometimes getting... cold, we never have a bad experience there. We sat where he could see the kitchen, they even have him a hat! It was so cute anda lot of fun. And to whoever picked up our tab, thank you! That just topped off a really fun outing with my son!!!
