Waffle House is the measure of breakfast most Americans enjoy. This facility has the same clean and ordered interior we expect... when walking into any store in the chain. Staff here is very plesant and worked quickly to get my hangry friend what he neededto calm down. Unlike the stores in Jacksonville (where I live), they have under $10 plates (at the moment) with lots of meat.The exterior needed a little lot cleaning but the entire interior was clean and felt sanitary. If you need good, hot food,quickly, I highly recommend stopping here for great comfort food. Read more
**UPDATE FOR OWNER** I got your reply. No disrespect, but everything is thoroughly explained in this review. Please take action... accordingly. As of now, I'm no longer a customer at that Waffle House which is near home. ** Some waitress named BETH BAIZEmessed up the order and food was missing. Waited to see if she noticed, but still nothing. She apologized, and still got tipped,but her apology was non-convincing & unprofessional. Our drinks were never refilled either. Right before paying, I spoke withanother waitress to get the ticket straightened out, and the second waitress discovered an error on the pricing which almostcost us little extra money. Beth seemed more anxious about clocking out and less concerned about how we the customers feel.Understanding, but unacceptable. Read more

Me and my friend pulled up to the waffle house Tyson and Kay where having a break since it was no guest we told them to take... their time cause we where still smoking our cigarettes Kay walks in and get here order book and comes back out in the mean timeTyson was taking our order he told her what it was and went in and began cooking it the best service I have had in a whilethanks you for your wonderful hospitality and great food and service.
