Well, I continue to see cashiers grab brooms and dust pans (restaurants) in the midst of taking orders and most never sanitize... before grabbing wrapped and cupped food, and drinks to complete orders. So if you love the drive through it would be wise tomake random visits into dining rooms. Read more
The drive-thru takes forever (20-30 min. the last 3X's)- No complaints about the food or staff. Just make sure you go inside... if you are in a hurry if you see more than a couple of cars lined up at the order area of the drive-thru! Read more
When I went it was later in the evening, went thru the drive thru which was PACKED!! It took a while to get some food (which is... frustrating when you're hungry) but I don't think that's the staff fault) the crowd can speak to the quality of the food. Read more
We went to Wendy's today and sat in the drive thru for 32 minutes. Yes it was lunchtime and yes everyone is short staffed.... However there is no reason to have to wait that long only to get your food and it be cold. The employee made no apologies. Corpreally needs to step it up and better train their employees. Read more
I left because of how nasty it is inside. I saw filth everywhere. Even all over the register and credit card machine. French fry... stuck in between the chilli bowls. The floor was disgusting. I cannot believe the health department has not shut them down! Read more
If I could leave a zero star i would. Terrible attitudes and the drive thru is always slow! Three cars pulled away in front of... me and it still took 30 minutes. They only give you a half box of fries everytime as if they are trying not to have to do workand cook more fries! Read more
Lobby is never open. Drive thru only at this location. Wouldn't be horrible if they were fast. Average time is about 5 min per... car. Better hope your the only one waiting. Read more
