Have been twice in the past month, first visit service was EXTREMELY slow while dining in.. I get waiting for fresh and that's... fine but that was an overly long wait, then after getting the food, the server just turned his back as I'm still standing therewaiting to request ketchup which was not offered or put on the tray. I finally just had to tell to get someone's attentionbecause nobody would come to the counter. 2nd visit was a drive through experience to where I ordered 3 items, 2 burgers and asalad. I left and didn't realize till I got home I did not receive the salad. Read more
Decided to stop by Wendy's drive through on our way home from Mexico Beach, FL. just to grab something to hold us over till we... got home. This was on 07-19-2022 around 12:30 CST. We drove up to the drive through and was told their credit card machine wasdown and the sale is to be Cash only, we said OK... We ordered (2) #1 Dave's hamburger meals, one with a coke the other a sweettea, nothing else, girl on the speaker said it would be $17, and change... got to the window another girl said it would be$20.22 like the year... for (2) #1 meals???? Didn't think much about at the time since I was talking on the phone with work andall... but as we got down the road opened the wrap on the hamburgers and both buns and cheese was COLD, the cheese hadn't evenMELTED. It's as if they had taken a regular hamburger and fixed it up for a Dave's #1 burger... Fries were the only thingwarm... Had I not been on the road already and needed to get home I would have turned around and walked in the store and spoketo the manager and demanded a fresh burger...Oh and there was NO receipt in the bag so I could see how much the food was... Sureas hell won't be coming back to this Wendy's ever again. RW Read more
They need to close this store down. Dirty, lack of workers that show up on time. Always an excuse as to why you cannot order.... Used to be one of the top places in Dothan. Has gone so far downhill. Read more
This place is the absolute worst!! I have given this place chance after chance in the hopes that it would get better....Nope! I... literally just spent 15+ minutes in the drive thru, 2 cars pulled off ahead of me without ordering. I sat at the intercom askingif I can place my order, then even ask if they were even open. There were 3-4 employees here, one sitting in her car, anotherlooks to have been talking to relatives on the other side of the building. I pulled up the the window after getting no responseand sat there an additional 2+ minutes, one employee walked by as if I wasn't there. Every week, there is a different excusefrom, only taking cash to, not taking orders for 15 more minutes, also the system is rebooting , or the card machine isrestarting, to not fully staffed to even take orders. Stopped through town to eat here, and wished we hadn?t. The servers were kind, and the food (although our order was inaccurately... made) was fresh and tasty. They corrected their mistakes right away. The issue was with the CLEANLINESS. This location wasgross. Our shoes stuck to the carpet with each step. No tables or chairs were clean. The mens urinal was dirty, the hot waterpermanently running, and no paper towels. It smelled like a latrine. No napkins were out and available. We wish we had chosenanother place to dine. Read more
Went inside today, first off all it stunk! And all of the counters around the empty drink machine were dirty and sticky. There... is very little if any cleaning done. I won't even go into the could care less attitude of the cashier. The food was warm, nothot, and the quality was far from what it is at the 84 location.Won't be back???? Read more
