Margaret, our waitress deserves more help. She was running around with zero help from the back of the house. Ownship should have... stepped up on a known busy night with events abounding. The food served here has always been good, but with a change in management, things went downhill fast. The prices of everything... nearly doubled, portions became smaller and the chicken strips that everyone loved were taken off the menu. On top of that, lasttime I went bowling here I stood at the counter for nearly ten minutes trying to pay for the games, all the while the employeejust glanced at me a few times and continued talking to the customers at the bar. We ate here last night and ordered the meatloaf. In my 54 years of being alive, this was by far the worst meal I have ever... had. I can?t even describe how awful it was. Very cute little place, definitely a reminder of past times! Good food, at good prices. Usually when you can't find anywhere to... eat in Saugatuck or downtown Douglas, you can rely on Alley's to have a table for you- it's a lot larger than it looks fromoutside. Very nice bowling area, $6 a game and $3 for shoe rental (June 2022). I'd absolutely recommend stopping in, having adrink or a bite to eat, playing a game and just enjoying yourself! Read more

Came here over 4th of July Weekend -- food was definitely worth the wait! I got the chicken BLT with the Italian pasta salad... and it was Delicious. The service was super friendly, and it has a great chill atmosphere. Definitely Recommend! Read more

Visiting the area and saw their signs outside. Had the Rubin it was great. My wife had a olive burger it also was great.

Top notch experience. Lizzo was playing when we came in, service was quick and friendly too! Outdoor seating was great just off... the quiet road. Id recommend the fries over mashed potatoes, they were crispy battered and delicious. The jumbo shrimp basketwas incredible, with a zippy homemade cocktail sauce to boot. Also, paper straws! Had the Roast Pork, mashed & gravy! Delicious. If the weather isn't cooperating, you can bowl while you eat. Bonus!!!!
