I ordered my food and asked for it to be cooked to order. My cheeseburgers were barely warm, didn't even melt the cheese. The... nuggets were way over cooked, like they had just put cooked nuggets back into the friar to heat them up and make them appear tobe fresh. Every other time I asked for food to be cooked to order it took close to 10 minutes to get my food. This time it wasunder 5 minutes.Some dude in street clothes behind the counter, all around unprofessional. They might want to clean the drivethru window. Read more
Worst experience at a McDonald's ever. I waited 4 minutes in the drive thru just for my order to be taken. Then another 4 just... to get my food. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Staff want friendly either. Read more
They made my order wrong, when I brought it up to them, I had three staff members check my receipt. Instead of making the order... fresh. They took my first burger to the back and changed it to what I originally ordered. When I got my order back the packagingwas oily. Maybe it's me but that doesn't seem right. Read more
I just waited for 20 min for my order to be taken while 2 cars from the other line got their orders taken and had gotten their... food already they didn't even try to acknowledge my existance, my kid was screaming and crying in the back the whole time . This McDonald's is probably the worst one I've ever been to. They are so very slow, always getting my order wrong, and most of... them are rude when you tell them about the mistakes. The lady's in the morning opening are the best ones there. Read more
I'd like to start by saying I wish I could give 2.5 stars simply because the staff I encountered in the drive through was really... nice and super friendly. The drag here was that the food came extra slow and was cold when it was handed to me. The cheese on myfilet-o-fish sandwich looked like it had been stepped on and the bun was seriously stale. The chicken nuggets were cold andtasted ... off or funky almost like plastic. Had I not gotten back on the interstate before discovering the sub par foodsituation I would have returned it all and gone elsewhere. I also found it off putting that the drive through trash cans wereboth overflowing with garbage so much so that the snow under the receptacles was brown from coffee and other drinks spilling outof the top of the cans. When they do get your order right it's nice. I've had them give my just a bunch with lettuce as a "chicken" sandwich. It all... depends on who is working and hope you never have a craving for ice cream as it's ALWAYS broke. Read more
