I have been ordering from this Dominos for the past couple months now, without any issues ever. I always got my order hot and on... time, even considering the fact that I am one of ?those? people?you know someone who orders late at night and usually rightbefore they close, for 1 item to be delivered! About two weeks ago I placed an order for my usual Parmesan Bread Bites [thosethings are sooo good!!] for delivery and I?m a naturally generous person but that night I was in the position to [hopefully]make someone?s night so I tipped 100% through the app and my bread bites were here before I knew it and he handed them right offto me with a heartfelt ?Thank you!? I could tell he really appreciated it and I had hoped they knew that I appreciated theirservice as well! However, last week when I placed my order for my bread bites I added a marinara and garlic sauce, and I alsotipped 100% again ?boy was I super bummed when I saw that they didn?t even deliver my sauces, I ordered 3 items and they forgot2 out of 3, I am giving them a chance to redeem themselves tonight so we will see how that goes? I called with a coupon order to the Douglassville location. I must had missed the small print on the back of the mail pamphlet... that said online orders only. The person who picked up the phone to explain this, was very rude and unprofessional. Wouldhighly recommend that who ever that individual is, that they realize that good customer service is what brings new customersback. Read more

Used to have no problems, but for the past year the service has been terrible. Orders will sit in ?quality check? limbo for an... hour before I finally get an alert saying it?s out for delivery. Few weeks ago tried to order online, and it was unavailable, soI tried calling, and the person who answered said they were understaffed and not delivering that day. My order was placed at 530 through the app. After an hour of my small pizza being in ?quality check? I decided to drive to the... store to just pick it up myself. When I got there and stated my issue the kid laughed. I stated that I already paid the deliveryfee and tip through the app?and all they said was take a 2 liter soda. I?m not one to complain with retail type service becauseI can understand how frustrating it can be. But this was terrible customer service. No apology or anything. We've been ordering from this location for years and never had any issues until recently. Last few orders, arrived late, pizza... not even the same quality. Then tonight, I placed an online order at 10:45, received email confirmation that the order will bedelivered in 26-41 minutes. I lost track of time and realized, it had been 1 hour and 10 mins, no delivery yet. Called them andsat in the call que for over 30 mins and nobody answered! I ended up hanging up because it was now after 12am and their closingtime at this point. I will be showing up tomorrow when they open to discuss and get refunded because that is just unacceptable!This location needs either new employees or some proper training to get things right! The worst experience, just spoke to the night manager because this is what we got when we ordered double cheese pizzas (which... are a step above extra cheese, and TWO steps above regular cheese). I called him to complain about the issue and tell him thatall 3 pies were wrong, he said "well I'm sorry you feel like that but there's nothing I can do"! Absolutely worst customerservice, absolute worst domino's we have ever had.
