This food is amazing!!!! The ribs were a huge hit at our house, so tender the meat fell right off the bone! The street corn... hands down was my favorite side! My kids loved the chicken! Great service and amazing food! The ribs, brisket, and pulled pork were some of the best in the area. The tacos were flavorful... and the fresh guac is a must try! Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to catering a company event. We were excited to have Los Gios at... our fall fest party and he did not disappoint. The Pastor tacos were delicious. The green sauce was tasty and not too spicy. Thebeef brisket tacos were juicy and had lots of flavor. (Ask for a scoop from the bottom, you'll thank me later) :D. Los Gios is hands down, some of the best BBQ, I have ever tried. Such a unique twist to traditional BBQ. The jalapeño slaw and... guacamole didn?t disappoint either. Gio catered my 40th birthday party! We had his ribs, Gloria chicken, pulled pork and sausage. Everything was amazing. Pico,... guacamole, green salsa were all in point and complemented the tacos perfectly. The jalapeño coleslaw was also delicious. Iwould highly recommend Los Gios to anyone looking for some great smoked BBQ with Mexican influences. Read more
