Took over 45 minutes. The guy standing at the window was possibly the rudest person I?ve ever encountered at a fast food... restaurant and that?s really saying something. I think his name was Alex. The guy with curly hair and piercings was exceptional.Even after I got snippy cause I was annoyed at waiting for 45 minutes for 3 sundaes he was calm professional and friendly andmade them right away when he realized they hadn?t been made. 1 star because the fries were fresh and salted well, and 1 star forthe professional guy, real props to him for not just getting snippy back at me I appreciate it and I?m sorry I was rude to you.Please fire the window guy. The service actually stinks. No body seems to care. No sense of urgency or satisfaction. Last couple experiences are terrible.
At lunch time fries and their never frozen freshly cooked quarter pounder hit the spot. You have to wait a bit longer for it but... boy is it worth it. You the app to grab some good deals Read more
Kara was the worst!! She made me wait over an hour and was not even kind about it. Was very rude. Not a nice idea woman at all!... Even my kids wouldn?t eat your chicken nuggets. It?s all breading and the chicken or whatever it is on the inside is literally... dried meat. I just bought this less than 20 mins ago. Disgusting! Like everyone else said, worst McDonald?s in the area. Bestpart is, no one from this location cares enough to fix the issues! Shame on you McDonalds! Read more
Service was good and timely, but my cheeseburgers constructed by the $13 an hour employees was nearly un-eatable. There was way... too much condiments and I had to put the sandwich together. The photo is after reconstruction. I realize it is difficult tomake cheeseburgers while texting, and you don't always get what you pay for. I have never had an experience like this before atMcDonald's. We are doomed. Read more
It was nice and clean. I love the decorations. The food was well prepared. The bathroom was clean and private. They have a baby... changing station, which is very convenient. They kept the tables clean and desinfectes. I like this mc Donald and I recommendit. Read more
I?m not really sure what all goes on at this McDonald?s. But after pulling this slop off the bun.. it was a makeshift quarter... pounder. I?m talking about PIECES of ?burger ? patties stuck together and on the bun with some cheese. Wasn?t an actual burgerPatty. There was about 4 pieces of what appeared to be burger on a bun. Let?s talk about temperature for a second, not only wasthis build-a-burger they made a waste of $ but it was cold. Fries were cold, fiancé got some nuggets and a burger as well, hisBig Mac was cold. The nuggets (if that?s what you want to call them) was burnt to a crisp roadkill. The fact no one here seemsto care about customers and their establishment is sad.
