Very displeased with chicken cheesesteak we ordered, roll was soaked with grease and chicken tasted horrible. Our waitress Rose... was great, she told the assistant manager who came out to our table, however he was very rude, disrespectful and showed nocompassion. He told us he looked at the sandwich and seen no grease. He said we would not be charged but insisted on telling ushe seen no grease. First of all, whatever happened to respecting your elders and the customer is always right. We have ate hereseveral times, and even showed our support during the pandemic and the increases in prices. And if you are paying more youshould also be receiving quality, edible food. Because of his disrespectful and non professional attitude, we won't be goingback. I highly suggest Vincenzo's invest more time in manager training. I know I would not want some peon, immature,disrespectful so called manager representing my business. Read more
Heard so much about this place that we had to check it out, however our experience was very disappointing. The atmosphere was... nice however once at our table we felt like we were in a cave. We sat in the enclosed dining area that had low lighting, all thewindow blinds were closed and and the loud chatter of other diners made it very hard to enjoy. Our waiter never told us aboutany of the specials, we heard it from another table. Our entrees looked great on the menu but mine lacked flavor and both mineand my husband's lacked the proportion of food that was described on the menu. My husband's surf and turf consisted of 2 shrimpand one scallop for the surf portion. My entree completely lacked the "topped jumbo lump crab". When we spoke with the manager,he blamed the marketing department for the way it was written on the menu. He offered to bring us more but it was too late bythe time he was able to make his way over. I never write reviews but I feel that Vincenzo's was outstanding. I hosted my daughter's bridal shower this past week, Theresa... and Diane both went above and beyond in every aspect. The food and the service were outstanding and it couldn't have been anymore beautiful. The owner, Theresa, was very detail-oriented, all the way down to the place settings. The only decoration Ibrought were flowers and the room didn't need anything more than that, it was really elegant. I felt more like a guest than ahost, as they took care of everything. What an amazing place hidden in the hills. Food and service were both absolutely excellent. I was already wishing we could come... back again sometime before the meal was over. Everything tasted so fresh and made from scratch, from the red sauce to the creamsauce, vegetables, salads, meatballs, Everything very fresh and homemade. Overall loved this place for dinner and date night! Very beautiful location. Food was super delicious. Their custom pina colada... was very good too. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The place definitely gets pricey though. Only minor downfall (not enoughto take away a star) - the leather booth seats could use some new leather as they are cracking and it's a little uncomfortable.Also personal preference, I wasn't a fan of their signature butter, but they did have normal butter as well. Our drinks, appetizers and food were amazing!! Right down to the friendly service. This was our first time being here and we are... definitely coming back. Everything about this place was great! A little slice of heave in the middle of nowhere. We can't waitto have more date nights and bring our kids also. We are already going to ask for gift cards here.
