DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION-My Garlic Parmesan Wings tasted spoiled and the Manager said we've never had that problem. So... I'm out $30. I said I would bring them back (even though I live in Villa Rica) but he wouldn't give me my money back. He thenput the young lady on the phone told her to tell me once the box is open and shown to you, no refund. That's really sad, thatthey can sale spoiled food and get away with it. For everyone that said the customer service improved at this location was clearly wrong. The young lady at the counter was on... her personal phone while waiting for me to be place my order. Plus she had an attitude when placing my order as if I was wrongfor interrupting her phone call. I informed the manager about the situation. Very poor customer service. Ordered wings they were extremely over cooked. It tasted horrible. Cashiers were rude. They refused... to exchange the wings and gave no refunds. This establishment should be closed. Will not be returning. Read more

Calling in ordering makes absolutely no difference. They start to prepare your food only after you?ve arrived. Then, we still... have to wait 20 minutes when we do arrive after a call in order. I won?t waste my time again on these kind of establishments. Read more
