If I could give a negative score I would. We were seated and no one came to greet us or take our order until I said something to... the hostess. Then it took 45 minutes for an appetizer to come out. Then it took another hour for our food to come out all whileour waiter was seated at the bar with a customer. I asked for a manager and he stated they are backed up in the kitchen. Mindyou it?s only 5 tables seated in here so how is the kitchen backed up while hearing the staff laughing & having a good ole timein the kitchen. This is the worst place ever. There is bo excuse for someone to wait 40 minutes on a curbside order. When I went inside, there were 7 customers inside. Then... the manager said that they only have one server at the moment. That doesn?t excuse me waiting 40 minutes without some form ofcommunication that I would have to come inside to get my food. Don?t waste your money here. No worth it. Read more
This was the worst place we have tried to dine in by far. We and others stood at the host station for over 15 minutes and no one... even came to help get us seated. One young man was running around trying to clean tables and finally came to seat the people infront of us and it was another 10 minutes before we got seated. I would never have said a word except for the fact that theyweren't even busy. I saw at least 5 people that worked there and only 6 tables with people eating. Not sure what the problem wasthis day but management needs to check out what's going on. I used to love eating at Applebee's and I know the Covid issues havea lot to do with them needing more help but if they continue this way the extra help isn't going to matter unfortunately. Wow!!!! Never went to a restaurant before and Never got seated..smh! Was told that there is a 25 minute wait, which was fine on... a Saturday night. 25 minutes turned into 45 minutes and we are still waiting, host disappeared and waiters acted like theydidn't see us. What has happened to these restaurants?? This place used to be our favorite spot. I have been eating here forover 20 years. This has never happened before. Just wanted have a nice night out with the kiddos. Unfortunately we will not bereturning to this location again!! Y'all need new management!!!! Read more
