Our server was so sweet and took great care of us, but she was the only server working the restaurant. We waited almost 30... minutes to order our drinks, and one member of our party never got her drink, was the last to get her food, and didn't get herfries to go with her food until we got the check. I understand being short staffed, but there's no excuse when you have 3 peoplein uniform leaning on the to-go counter talking while one woman is busy server the whole restaurant. Read more
I stopped here for lunch and had wings and fries. My food was prepared the way I requested it and I enjoyed my meal. However,... after I finished my meal a roach crawled onto the table. I was completely mortified knowing I had just finished eating! Thiswasn?t a water bug that somehow made it inside. I told the waitress and asked her to bring my check. She feigned surprise andwent to get my check. I stood up as I didn?t want anything on me or in my things. Someone came by to bus the table and I warnedher about the bug. She was genuinely concerned and asked if I would like her to get the manager. I said yes. The manager cameand asked if I wanted to move tables. Food always tastes the same, however the host running strong asking everyone for a review multiple times really did bum out our... experience. I understand the want and need for good reviews but asking customers for a review before they even sit down is alot. Waitress was nice! There were only two servers and they were clearly over sat. If you don?t have the staff don?t seat morethan they can handle. It reflects very poorly on the management that they think it?s okay to run their servers like that.Probably won?t be back if this is how they treat hard workers. Read more
I mean, it's a sports bar. There is bar food, TVs ???? all over with games playing. I will say this: The burgers are so juicy... and delicious to me. No one likes a dry burger...I don't think. The bacon is thick and crisp. YUM! I went 3 times in 10 daysjust for the burger. Oh, I love the shoestring fries as well. The service was great, it just took a while for the food to comeout and none of the Happy Hour drinks were available. Then other beer on tap was not available either so that was a bitdisappointing. Oh, they have Happy Hour M-F 3pm-6pm. Place is clean and bathroom is clean and people are nice. Wheelchair ?accessible, kid-friendly and parking was not a problem. Read more

First of all been to many different locations and this one a lot throughout the years. Pulled in and only had a couple cars in... the lot. We still waited 10-15 to be sat. Waitress brought drinks quickly and took our orders. Fast forward 45 minutes laterthey brought out one meal at a time for the 8 of us. Chicken was hard and old so we sent it back for new. New didn't come outmuch better. After we ate waitress brought the check and turned $5.99 kids meals into $16.00 meals and told us there's nothingthey can do about it. Our waitress and the manager refused to come talk to us they sent other waitresses over to talk. Nevermade the ticket right they just marked it down close to what we said it should be. Very unprofessional and will never come tothat location again. Hopefully the two honest waitress that said they've been up charging everyone get jobs at a better place. Read more
It has been twice that I ordered food and it hasn't been good I ordered wings and fries on the wings they give me only flats no... drums at all that wasn't nice the fries tasted old it feel like they preheat those fries over and over any other fast foodwould have better fries than those. this second time I got 2 drums in my order of 10 wings not only that the wings were tinyagain another place have bigger wings..it is sad that I have to switch to a different place I used to love wings stop and I switch to Buffalo wild wings now I have to switch again all because the cooker doesn't pay attention. We arrived a little after twelve on a Sunday afternoon. Not very many people yet. Our waitress was super nice. The food was... great. Best chicken tenders I have had in a long time. Tender, juicy chicken lightly breaded with an excellent crunch. Themango habanero sauce was sweet and very spicy. Wings were crispy and seasoned just right. Yummy! Read more
