I came to chipotle to get two meals. One of the meals was a steak bowl. The inside line was out of steak and I asked if they can... get it from Togo and they told me no I would have to order it. I ordered it and forgot some toppings I asked for topping on theside they refused said they would have to charge me. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I paid for the bowl which is supposed to include ANYTOPPING I WANT. To then turn around and try to charge me is flat out wrong. I asked to speak for the manger, he advised that ifI was to order inside then I could have gotten it on the side. This is horrible customer service due to them not having thesteak in the first place they should have just given me my topping on the side for the inconvenience. Bad customer service. Good food. It tasted fresh and fulfilling. The had great customer service also.
The young man making my bowl today was a delight! Unfortunately, they were out of the garlic steak so I opted for regular. But,... when my bowl was being made, I could tell the rice was still very grainy. When I got home to taste, it was definitely notcooked:( Meat portions were a little on the ?not so much? side. I just ordered from Chipotle and I got to say I was beyond disappointed. The meals were basically 75% rice even though it was... supposed to have other items but they basically skipped that part of meal preparation for an entire order of 4 bowls. Then weordered guacamole (which was good) but the chips were stale. This location needs to take more pride in food preparation and havemore integrity in the products given to customers. I hope this comment encourages management to conduct training and morequality assurance checks because if this is the level of food preparation and quality then customers will stop investing theirhard earned money. This Chipotle is so hit-or-miss. If you order ahead and opt to pick-up at the drive-thru you still will have to wait so I don't... even know why they have a pick-up window. Every time I go here they're out of something and the employees are the absoluteslowest with no sense of urgency. The good thing about this location is that their food is usually fresh because they have somany customers. One of the only places in Douglasville to eat if you're vegan. Read more
I ordered online to pick up at Chipotle this evening. When I got there, my order had been given away! I had to wait for them to... make my entire order over! Then the manager offered two sweet teas while we waited, they were very UNSWEETENED! Then when theorder was finally made, it had soft shell tacos when I had ordered crunchy! I took the order back inside for the manager to tellme that they were out of crunchy shells! My husband does not eat soft taco shells! I should have been told about the lack ofcrunch taco shells, because that?s what I ordered! The manager said that she could not issue a refund for this item and that Ihad to do it online. This DOUGLASVILLE location is going down fast! My friend placed an order for pickup and I picked it up for them. 1st, the order was not ready when promised which would have... been fine except the fact that when I went in to pick up the order, they were just standing there talking. I had to ask them ifthey'd make the order 15 mins after it was supposed to be ready. 2nd, the picture below is what they actually made. It wassupposed to be a salad. Why would they serve old guacamole?????? I ordered a salad from Uber eats and not only did I get more rice than lettuce/greens,... but I was served guacamole that as turning black all the way thorough. This leads me to believe the whole batch was bad. Thequality of the employee who prepared my food, is just as bad a the guacamole it?s self.
