The manager definitely set the tone of the workers. Dairy Queen is always good to me, however, being that I am new to the area,... this visit has been my first encounter with rude individuals. Once I heard and watched how the manager interacted with thestaff, it was clear that the negatively is drawing from him. I hope that this changes in the future for the sake of hanging onto potentially good workers in such a time as this. Read more
Overall not bad most of the time. Sometimes staff seems a little disorganized and flustered making wait times high. Possibly a... management issue or a lack of, but that's only happened a hand full of times. Still a great place to get some ice-cream for thekids. Read more
I can't remember the last time I was in a drive-thru that was sooo slow. If you don't have the employees needed to run the... drive-thru and dining room, without a 35 minute wait, close one of them down. The cashier at the window had the personality ofa person who absolutely hates their job and couldn't care less about your wait or your order. The slaw dogs didn't seem fresh.We won't be back to this location. It's apparent, from the look of the restaurant and the employees, the owner only cares aboutthe profit. Read more
Won't be back to this location seems like the morning crew cares more about the food. Cause everything be good went yesterday... around 4:40 pm was starving haven't ate all day. So end up ordering some chilly cheese fries as soon as I open the box I knewsomething was off. There were fresh fries on top like someone just threw them on there. So my first reaction is wow they gave meextra food. But upon further evaluation all my fries were old and greesy and burnt. Today I tried the New Deluxe two cheese burger. The burger was fresh and well constructed. It is not worth 6 dollars and change.... The price point should be 4.50. The only change I would make is open flame grill the burger and it would be perfect. In fairnessthe burger was good and fresh. A little fire would take this burger over the top.
