I ordered 2 pizzas online to pickup in store. When i arrived the cashier said the order only had 1 pizza. I told him to check... the pizzas because my order has 2 pizzas. Dude got a attitude like take this one or forget it. He finally checked again brought2 pizzas to me. I said I'm paying with a gift card and he said the gift card system is down.I told him that was all i had wasthe gift card. He shrugged his shoulders and took the pizzas back.I hope the crew enjoyed them.LOL . This place is joke atnight. Read more

Horrible. I already don't really like Dominos but I wanted the garlic knots. They were flat and greasy. My cheese pizza was... stuck to the top of the box. There was no sauce for the knots or the cinnamon knots. Just a complete waste of money. How do Iadd these gross pictures Read more

May 29, 2022 I called in my carry out order at 2163 Fairburn Rd, Douglasville Ga. Which I frequent. After arriving to the store... and looking at my pizza, I saw that the edges on the pizza were burnt and it was hard. I told the representative at theregister. At that time another gentleman (Tommy) came to the register and I explained to him the problem. He threw the incorrectpizza out, and was goingto have it remade. As I stood there, I saw Tommy go into the trash can to cut off the edge of the boxto see what I ordered, instead of pulling it up in the computer. And then went to the stove to continue cooking without washinghis hands! When I bought this to his attention, he said he was not making my pizza. As I was trying to Express my concerns, heasked if I wanted a refund, I said yes, because of the burnt pizza, unsanitary, and horrible customer service! He also told methat he was unable to print a refund receipt And he walked off with attitude. Not good customer service nor cleanliness! Nomatter whose pizza he was making. He should never pull something out of the trash. This is not sanitary at all. This should beaddressed. Read more

I ordered three pizzas. None of them where properly cut. The thin crust pizza had the edge torn off of it. The hand those wasn't... even sliced through the middle of the pizza. So, one side ad slices that were significantly shorter than the ones on the otherside. When I called the store for there we will make it right option. The manager said he could not do anything unless I cameback to the store. Why wasn't this quality che ked before bringing orrrrthe order to my car. I ordered 2 pizzas on Jan 4th. It took 3 hours to be delivered and all along it was promised it was ?on the what?. So of course... the 2 pizzas were no good when they arrived and I was told I shouldn?t cancel because it was ?in route? The deliver driver hadseveral deliveries. They were short staffed and I get it. So they offered a free pizza for the trouble. Of course I call todayand they don?t have anything documented so I was treated like ?Jon Smith? asking for something free. The manager refused to cometo the phone. After I was upset, I kept asking for TOMMIE the manager but they refused to assist because they were shortstaffed. At the end of a long day your just wanting to feed your kids and redeem your credit due when it should count. I?m notreally sure why this store is even open if they can?t get pizzas to anyone on time. I was hung up on 3 times and when I askedwhy other callers were more important, you know what they said? ?Did you want to pay full price?? Just don?t even botherupsetting yourself. Samantha did an amazing job of multitasking. She was friendly to the customers on the phone, but waited until she had finished... with my transaction before answering it.
