Ordered an iced-coffee, but all the sugar was sitting at the bottom, so the first sip my mouth is filled with sugar. Haven't... been to this Dunkin' in months for the same issue that happened months ago and they still haven't fixed this. I'll continue tovisit a further shop that does it right. Read more
This is the worst dunkins i have ever been to, was just there about 15-20 minutes ago ordered a pumpkin iced latte they served... me flavored milk there is absolutely no turbo shot in this cup just pure sugar, and the breakfast sandwiches taste likechemicals, like someone did not clean the over correctly and i am very disappointed as my order was $20 and almost everything isinedible. Fairburn road location has better customer service, better quality coffee and food than Hwy 5 Location. Also, much easier to get... in and out of. Hwy 5 has a rude manager and the drive thru/parking situation is horrible. I see cars getting damaged in thedrive thru constantly and only one way in and the opposite way out most often. I was still a regular customer despite having todrive way out of my way on the way out due to poor design and heavy traffic, but after not receiving what I paid for and met byhostility by the Hwy 5 blonde middle aged manager, I will gladly go the extra miles to the Fairburn Rd location. Actually withthe better drive thru/ parking setup it will probably save me time! Otherwise when on Hwy 5, I will go to Starbucks or McDonaldsbefore the Hwy 5 location gets another dime from my family! Please continue your great service Fairburn Rd! Read more
Worst location. Pulled up to the drive thru and the manager is on her cellphone smoking a cigarette and says ?we will be right... with you? and then proceeds to talk on her cell phone. Devonte was very helpful and seemed to be doing his job along with hers. Read more

Ordered 2 Black Pepper, Bacon, Egg Croissants and they tasted disgusting, like if they were cooked on a stove that recently had... mop water tossed on it and let sit/dry, to later have food cooked on it. I will not be getting food from this establishmentagain. Read more
Coffee was just warm not hot. Bagel hardly toasted, cream cheese that they charge for was not existing really, a very thin layer... on 1 side of bagel. Cashier was friendly. I did take back 2 bagels to her to show her amount of cream cheese, she had them put alittle more on them. But still barely any there. Read more
