Worst customer service ever experienced in 42 years on this planet. I have been eating here for 20 plus years... but not... anymore My family was berated for not seeing a hostess first, even though hostess was sitting at the bar, not at hostess standand at least 10 tables were empty and clean, and No one was waiting for a table. ( we did not cut in line) This smallrestaurant used to be my top choice for pizza in Douglasville. I have never been treated like a such a peice garbage from anybusiness.l ever. Unexcusable. Sadly we went for a family birthday dinner, 6 adults and 2 children. Arrived at 5 and left at 650. One of our party didn't... receive their food until right before we left and it was still wrong. Another order had to be remade because it was wrong andthat one came so late we took it to go. We asked to speak with the manager twice and no one came. So I went looking for them. Sadly she just explained they were a small establishment and could only accommodate so much in their oven and that with theparade they were doing the best they could. This joint is great. My brother, and Ethan worked here for years leading the kitchen ... John is amazing as well. Jasmine ,... Kacey, Tyler , and Dylan are absolutely amazing. Yesterday 7/29 I placed an online order for almost 50 dollars for two pizzas, one supreme and one cheese pizza with spinach.... While my cousins pizza was fine I wasn?t so fortunate. My pizza as advertised on Fabianos website comes with three blends ofcheese and red sauce. My pizza had absolutely no sauce on it. Which made the pizza more like cheesy bread. I actually had tomake my own sauce and put it atop the pizza to enjoy it. Outside of no sauce the crust was good but I?m upset that this kind ofmistake was made on a basic pizza. Read more

My server seemed to be the only one in the whole store. He was killing it! Workers like that keep places going. The food was on... par for cost. I saw some reviews here with a beautifully made calzone. I followed suit and ordered one. I was not let down itcame out just like the others I had seen. Nothing too exciting about their sausage. Unexpected deliciousness!! I had low expectations for this place but was taken aback after the my first bite. Pies/slices are... heavily topped on a tasty thin crust bread baked to perfection (No soggy bottoms here). Calzones are nicely balanced withfilling to crust ratio. Beverages are served in those large red cups. Pricing is reasonable. Servers are friendly andattentive. Atmosphere is laid back relaxed.
