Searched for restaurants in the area of where I was staying and Fin & Feathers popped up. I was determined to eat here before... leaving. The plan was to go to OLG, but I didn't make it and Fin & Feathers was close to the hotel. Let me just say, everyone inmy party was pleased!!!! We were still talking about how good the food was hours after leaving!!!! One small complaint was thatthe red whipped potatoes were lukewarm instead of hot, but they were still good. The catfish. Omg!!!!! It's a MUST!!!!!!!! Youwill not be disappointed. The food tasted as good as the pics I shared. No. The food was better!!!!???????????????? Whoeverfried the fish, fried the heck out of it!!! And I'm talking in a good way!!!! Our server, Jazz, was a delight!!! She wasattentive, polite, helpful with answering questions pertaining to items on the menu and overall, gave great customer service!!!I will be returning when back visiting in the A ( Douglasville area). The food was ok but they didn?t give us two orders of fries. We ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals an order of egg rolls to go.... The hubby also had a drink while he waited. Our order total was $81 The sandwiches were all supposed to come with fries but only1 did. The chicken wasn?t really seasoned but with mayo it was fine. I am a faithful visitor of Fin and Feathers. I usually refer everyone to them but tonight was such a disappointment. When we got... there the young lady told us it would be a hour before we could order food, she said it was a gas line problem. Not an issue wesaid we will order a drink and wait cause the food is usually very good and worth the wait. When the kitchen opened i ordered achicken sandwich. It came fairly quick but it was completely burnt!!! I asked her before i even tasted it and she said it wasthe seasoning they used that made it appear this color so I tasted it and y?all it taste like straight burnt oil!!! I informedher and she asked if i wanted to try the grilled chicken sandwich instead. I said sure then she saw that I had taken a piece ofthe sandwich and told me I would have to pay for another sandwich if I didn?t like this one!! I want to thank our waitress. Please forgive me. I forgot your name, but here's a picture of her. She went above and beyond her... means to make sure we had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't like was the lady with the glasses was harassing us. Shesaid the other spot was reserved at 11; it's mighty funny, didn't no one show up.
