Okay, it's an IHop. And a good one at that. Been going here for years and never had a bad experience, not that I'm looking for... one :). For me and the family it's a breakfast place to chill on the weekends. Food comes out hot and in reasonable time. Staff is generally attentive and cordial. It seems at every IHOP lately, they are short-staffed and the poor servers are running around like chickens with the heads cut... off. I felt so bad for them. Once the order was in, the food came out quickly and was DELICIOUS. No issues with the food; we gotexactly what we ordered. Also, good gluten-friendly options and dairy-free options for customers with special dietary needs. Read more

Decided to stop by last night for dinner. Eric helped us over the phone and once we arrived with this order. He customer service... was beyond phenomenal and made my heart so warm. Everything was great from my experience with him to the food. We had no issuesor concerns whatsoever and I really appreciate him for the amazing customer service. Its IHOP, this location had great service from younger gentleman, who worked hard while the old ladies complained about their... life among other things. My chicken and waffles were what I expected, nice and tasted good. Others at my table seemedsatisfied, however one pointed out the Philly cheese steak was too greasy, after a taste I concurred. I have been in Georgia for 18 months and I have been to a lot of IHOPS and I would rate this one in the Top 3 in the 30 plus I... have been to. The service is outstanding, The food is some of the biggest portions of any breakfast restaurant I?ve been to andit?s really good. I am staying in Villa Rica and I really look forward to jumping out of bed at 5:30 in the morning gettingready and shooting down 20 to get to this IHOP in Douglasville. We like stopping here for lunch when we are passing through. The side of ham steak is really good, and this location actually... gives you the whole ham steak instead of only one half like a lot of other IHOPs. The staff is friendly and the manager actuallyworks the dining room along with her employees. If you like eating at IHOP, this is a good one. Read more
went here twice once for dinner and once for Breakfast. both times were absolutely excellent. Dinner was great, food was well... prepared and very tasty. the server, a young guy, was one of the best servers I have ever had at a restaurant. Very attentiveand so nice. Breakfast the next morning was just as awesome. the service was spot on, and the server was so nice and veryenergetic. she liked to talk. The food again was top notch. Although this is a chain restaurant, it had the feel of a localdiner, and all the comfort of southern hospitality. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Read more
