This place is great! Came in for an early lunch was immediately greeted by, the manager, Estela. She was very hospitable &... accommodating; also made some great suggestions! My partner and I enjoy this Jason?s Deli once in a blue moon but it?s still one of our favorites. Every time we come we both... choose pasta and have raved about their meatballs on the ?Penne and Meatball?s? dish. Today we went through the drive throughand asked if we could purchase meatballs by themselves and they were more than accommodating to our strange request. Just wantedto say thank you! Although we have eaten food from Jason's Deli several times before, it was always at a church function at my home church. This... time we wanted to go to the restaurant and pick up some on our way home. We were excited to know that there was one close to ourhome. Again this was our first time ordering in the restaurant. We placed our order, paid, waited and waited. Finally after 20minutes of watching the ones who ordered before and after us with their food, we asked politely where was our food? When askedthe manager, the only excuse she could give is "The process is different for to go orders." We told her we saw people thatordered after us had their food already. If somehow our order got misplaced I would think that company policy would be toacknowledge that's what happened and not make up excuses. Read more

I ordered the New York Yankee Manager's Special. You will get half of a sandwich, chips and one trip to the salad bar. Drinks... are extra ???? My sandwich and chips were plated well. The half sandwich was more than I could eat so I will be taking it homefor later. The dining area is clean and has a very friendly staff and manager. Recently moved from west coast to Douglasville and was excited to see Jason?s Deli here. This was my first time here and was... looking forward to it however the second half of one of our sandwiches had a giant piece of plastic inside of it - lost myappetite after finding this and threw the sandwich away. Our other sandwich was good and no problems. Drive thru was quick andthe associate at the window was polite. Read more
