Amending my review of this Krystal's. Times have changed and when patronize such places, many times they are understaffed. In... the drive through of this place, I saw people busting their butts to get orders to us. 15 minute wait for my order which was noproblem. I was told this when I ordered. Customer service was 5-Star. However, I've been to Krystal's in Alabama and Georgia andthe meat seems to be different. I want a Krystal burger like they were pre-pandemic. But I love Krystal and will keep goingthere despite? Read more
The manager was so rude, I heard her complain (using cuss words) to a co-worker about how busy they were the night before and... the amount of money they made. At the drive thru, she kept interrupting me while I was ordering, and acted as if she was mad atme for disturbing her. The food was not good, the service was bad, and I won't be going back there again. They need better teammembers, if management has a bad attitude and don't care how they talk to customers, staff members will act the same. Thislocation deserves less than 1 star. Read more

They need to hire people that can read and understand orders. Everytime I go here my order is wrong, I'm allergic to dairy but... they always put cheese on my stuff, I constantly repeat my order to them only to have chesse on it. I can't name one time I'vewent here and didn't have to check them about it. Not lactose I'm ALLERGIC!!!!! But Krystal's is my favorite place to eat, butnot this one. I ordered off door dash the 5 cheese crystal meal and by the time I got half way done with the first one the burger was still... pink and cold . I looked at all of them and they were all the same also when you try to call no one answers I have called 5times and nothing !!! NOT happy at all with this place and will not order from there again :) ( this is a edit ) and the numberthey left below for me to call is out of service!!! Every afternoon for 2 week's I've stopped by this Krystals. Every time they tell me it will be a 15 or 25 minute wait. And... nobody is ever there waiting on food. So tonight I said I'll wait. The employees were mad and arguing over who felt like making10 Krystals. They told me to pull up. I waited 45 minutes. I watched 23 cars pull off because they kept telling everyone it wasa 25 minute wait. These employees are getting paid to play around. They do this every night. This business is losing moneybecause they hired lazy people that don't want to work. Read more
Went to Crystal on Falburn Road to order food get to my house and the food I ordered was not correct. I have to drive about a 3... mile back. To pick up the food that they were short on. I asked the manager can I get compensated for my time and coming backup here she said no you only get what you was missing your seriously need to recheck people who your hiring to operate yourbusiness I never again will go back there again It happened tonight at 12:25 AM on Tuesday people check your bag before youleave this here taught me a valuable lesson.
