Terrible experience. Anything they could have gotten wrong they did. Wrong icing color, wrong cookie dough, spelled my daughters... name wrong, and it didn?t look great at all. Messed up a birthday that was planned!!!!! Did not make the cookie cake. I went the store Friday and was told the cookie... decorator was not there to order on line for tomorrow. I did just that went to pick it up and the cookie was not made. Now Ihave no time to get another cake. This location is terrible. Poorly ran. All they could say at the was sorry.
