Martin?s Fairburn Rd Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a made to order Cheeseburger with slaw and chili and the slaw was spoiled.... I called 3 times first of all to let them know. Secondly to have my $$ refunded. The burger might have tasted decent if the slawwasn?t bad. I usually don?t write negative reviews being a business owner but when u won?t answer the phone that makes it aneven harder pill to swallow. I would have driven back but I?m route to get kids off the bus. This has spoiled my entire appetitefor the day!!! A 15min wait for Biscuits.. & no compensation for my wait? A cup of OJ, Coffee, or a Pop. I would've declined but it would've... have been nice or better yet better customer service. Today Martin's Restaurant redeemed themselves, my wife went by and got a chilli dog and a burger for me. She said the dog and... the burger were freshly prepared and they gave her a free drink for patiently waiting. Now when she pulled up no one was inline. That's what made her pull in. 5 stars today, I will be the first to say any business can have a bad day, but it can beredeemed for doing right by the paying customer. The lines are still crazy but if it can be worth the wait, have at it. Read more
I went through the drive through this morning. The line wasn't packed or anything. I ordered a "Breakfast Special plate" I... literally got maybe a half egg. It should have came with eggs, buttered biscuit, and I got grits. It's too early to be thisirritated with my breakfast. Read more
